Compact yet High-Performing
Occupying a floor space of less than 0.5 square meters, the unit delivers a testing throughput of 180 tests per hour with an exceptional space efficiency of 392 tests per hour per square meter. It is fitted with 51 sample positions including 3 dedicated emergency slots to enable rapid testing of emergency specimens, and is capable of performing 16 distinct test items in total.
High Efficiency & Energy Saving
A maximum of 1,000 reaction cuvettes can be loaded in a single batch thanks to the large-capacity reaction chamber with refill-on-the-fly capability. One set of substrate reagents supports up to 2,000 test cycles. Equipped with an independent refrigeration system, the reagent compartment maintains constant cooling under standby mode, eliminating frequent reagent retrieval and placement to cut labor and material costs effectively.
Ingenious Engineering Design
Adopting five-stage swimming-type magnetic separation technology for thorough washing; eccentric non-contact vortex mixing to boost blending efficiency. A uniquely engineered washing station ensures worry-free testing for infectious diseases and prenatal eugenics screening. The sampling needle integrates anti-collision detection, liquid level sensing, idle aspiration monitoring and needle clogging inspection to guarantee precise and reliable sample dispensing.
User-Friendly Operation
Outfitted with a touchscreen featuring a streamlined newly-developed UI for intuitive navigation. It supports online pre-booking for reagent kit replacement, while RFID-based kit scanning avoids interference from condensed water on barcode reading. One-touch standby mode is available, and an externally-mounted waste solid container further simplifies routine workflows and improves lab staff productivity.
